1. Acceptance of Terms
THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PAYLENTA OPERATORS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PAYLENTA ("SERVICES"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND OUR DATA PROTECTION POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICES.
2. Definitions
Paylenta Operators
Refers to all parties that run Paylenta, including but not limited to legal persons, unincorporated organizations, and teams that provide Paylenta Services and are responsible for such services.
Paylenta Ecosystem
Includes the Paylenta mobile application, web platforms, APIs, software, and any related services provided by Paylenta Operators or their affiliates.
Digital Assets
Refers to digital currencies, stablecoins, or other cryptographic tokens (such as BTC, ETH, USDT) which are supported by the Paylenta platform.

Transaction Fees
Paylenta reserves the right to charge fees for various services, including but not limited to withdrawals, crypto exchanges, and utility payments. Fees are disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Wallet Funding
Users are responsible for ensuring that funding into their Paylenta virtual accounts is from legitimate sources. Any suspicious funding may result in instant asset freezing.
5. Virtual Dollar Cards
Virtual Dollar Cards provided by Paylenta are for international transactions only. Use of these cards for prohibited activities or on restricted platforms will result in immediate card termination and a permanent ban from the ecosystem.

Paylenta maintains a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PAYLENTA OPERATORS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
9. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
Arbitration Agreement
You and Paylenta Operators agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver
ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER YOU NOR PAYLENTA OPERATORS WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
