High Risk Asset Class
Cryptocurrencies are highly speculative and subject to extreme market volatility. The value of digital assets can rise or fall sharply within seconds.

Blockchain transactions sent to external wallets are permanent and irreversible. Paylenta cannot recall assets sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
3.2 Network Congestion & Gas Fees
During periods of high network activity (e.g. Ethereum or Bitcoin congestion), network gas fees may spike and transaction processing times may increase beyond Paylenta's control.
4. International OTC & Remittance Risks
International cross-border transactions (USD, GBP, EUR, CNY corridors) are subject to live exchange rate fluctuations, foreign banking network delays, and compliance verification reviews. Paylenta is not liable for delayed currency settlements caused by recipient bank anti-money laundering holds.
5. User Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing your device, 6-digit Passcode, and Transaction PIN. Losses resulting from phishing, credential sharing, or device loss are not recoverable by Paylenta.
